Training Excellent Homeopaths

The mission of NAH is to train  excellent homeopaths.  The program accomplishes this mission through  three specific areas of focus.

  • In-depth academic and clinical training
  • Practical  instruction in  the art of self-healing and introspection
  • Development of students’ natural talents and unique styles of practice

Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy (NAH) offers a four-year academic and clinical training program in classical homeopathy.  Classes meet four days, once a month, on Thursday through Sunday during the first two didactic years and on Saturday through Tuesday during the second two clinical training years.

NAH is centrally located between Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota on the East Bank Campus of the University of Minnesota.  The School Clinic is located in Edina, Minnesota, a nearby southwestern suburb of Minneapolis.

Unlicensed and medically-licensed applicants are eligible to apply.  NAH has no specific course prerequisites as all natural and clinical sciences are taught within the framework of the training program.  While NAH prefers applicants with at least a baccalaureate degree, an individual’s passion for homeopathy combined with life experiences are also important qualifications considered for admission to the training program.
